Basic Series (Films)

Strength - The website is clean and simple. Has a warm/dark colors scheme that is calming.

Weakness - Navigation could be a bit clearer. I clicked on Videos and it was the same page. Though the idea is indicated by the white lettering, it took me a little longer to understand that the video links are actually the colored boxes at the bottom.

 

Antioch Church

Strength - The website has a great texture and coloring. I like how the texture looks like paint and grass at the same time. This is good example of hierarchy (the main “news” information is in the big box that is on the far left for easy viewing) and it has great organization (the layout of the boxes).

Weakness - It might be a good idea to change the border around the boxes. (hard to see on some) There should be a bit more crispness on the tearing of the information box. (little blurry)

Super Chick (Christian Band)

Strength – I absolutely love the band photo at the top. The way the group is pieced together and the color pallet they choose are brilliant. It is a nice elongated “blog style” layout. The links are very easy to find and have a light hover over effect.

Weakness – I am not quite sure about the placement or size of the donate button. Seems a little off to me. I am also don’t know how I feel about the “chalkboard” boarder around the layout. I can’t decide if it fits. The colors are consistent though.
